By purchasing and attending this retreat, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Non-Medical Services
All services provided are educational and wellness-based in nature. We are not licensed medical doctors (MDs), and we do not diagnose, treat, or cure any medical or psychological conditions.
Personal Responsibility
You understand that your participation is voluntary and that you are fully responsible for your own health, decisions, and outcomes before, during, and after the retreat.
Assumption of Risk
You acknowledge that participating in any physical, emotional, or energetic work may involve inherent risks. You voluntarily assume all such risks.
Release of Liability
You agree to release and hold harmless the hosts, facilitators, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your participation in this retreat.

This retreat is not a replacement for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You agree to consult a licensed healthcare provider for any medical concerns.

Independent Venue Disclosure
Prospect Hill Recovery and Wellness is exclusively the host venue for this event and is not the service provider, clinical partner, or affiliate of the St. Croix Reset and is not paid. All services, treatments, and instructions are provided solely by Go Pain to Power. You hereby release Accelerate VI, its owners, and employees from any and all liability or claims arising from the services rendered by Go Pain to Power during this retreat.
